Getting help with your Partner visa application

It is law that Australian-based immigration agents must be registered to give you immigration advice.

This is why it's so important to only deal with registered or exempt agents!

We stress Australian-based because it is always wise to proceed with caution when dealing with an agent outside of Australia. These agents may show you a DIBP number, but while this number looks official, it is not.

DIBP numbers are issued for administrative purposes only and is not proof that the agent is licensed.

To check that you are dealing with a legitimate and licensed agent, simply do a search for their surname on the MARA website. If you can't find the agent, it means they are not licensed.

Our immigration agents are all MARA licensed and registered. You can view their details here.
