Who can advise on your visa application?

Here's something you might not know - Australian individuals and companies acting as immigration agents, i.e. agents in Australia, have to have a license to do so.

Our advice is to proceed with caution whenever you deal with an agent outside of Australia, as a license is not always a requirement to give immigration advice when working in other countries.

Fortunately it's easy to check if an agent is licensed. Simply do a search for their details on the official MARA website. If you cannot find the person here, do not deal with them.

You can rest assured that our immigration agents are licensed. You can view their details on our website.
